Assistant Chief Executive Officer

Garima Bikas Bank Ltd., one of Nepal's leading national-level development banks, invites applications from highly competent, result-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated Nepalese  citizens for the following executive position to strengthen its leadership team.

Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) – 1 Position

Qualification & Experience

• At least 15 years of banking experience
• Currently working at least in Senior Manager position in Class 'A' or Chief Manager Position in Class 'B' financial institutions licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
• Master's Degree or an equivalent qualification in Management, Finance, Economics or a related discipline from a recognised university.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Leadership

• Lead the Bank's core business functions, including credit business, resource mobilization, and transactional banking.
• Provide strategic leadership in corporate affairs, business development, research and innovation to achieve the Bank's strategic objectives.

2. Operations and Control

• Oversee the Bank's overall operations, ensuring operational efficiency, sound credit administration, effective risk management and strong internal controls.

3. Leadership & Management

• Assist the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer in the overall management and control of the Bank.
• Provide strategic leadership to achieve the Bank's vision, mission, business goals and long-term sustainable growth.
• Foster a high-performance culture by leading, motivating and developing employees across the organisation.
