ISMS Policy Statement

We at Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) recognize that Information Security is the responsibility of each and every one of us in the organization. We are committed to creating an information secure ecosystem that will enable us to protect our intellectual properties and assets including our business processes, fulfill out contractual security obligations and establish a robust risk assessment/treatment framework by implementing the ‘Information Security Management System’.

We shall achieve this by ensuring :

• Confidentiality of information is maintained by making it accessible only to users, through proper authentication and access control.
• Integrity of information is maintained by safeguarding the accuracy and completeness of the information, and by protecting the processing methods from unauthorized modification.
• Availability of information to authorized users as and when needed, and as required by the business processes.
• Regulatory, Legislative and requirements regarding intellectual property rights, Data protection and privacy of personal information are met.
• The confidentiality of corporate, client and customer information will be assured.
• Business continuity of corporate, client and customer information will be assured.
• Information security awareness training will be made available to all staff.
• Continual improvement of Information Security Management System.

The policy shall be communicated to all employees, stakeholders and third parties and will be reviewed once in a year. Employees shall abide by the Security policy and will at all times, act in a responsible, professional, and security-aware way.
