Successfully completion of 18th Annual General Meeting

Garima Bikas Bank Limited's 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was successfully held today, 29th Poush, 2081 (Friday) at Hotel Pokhara Grand, located in the Pokhara Metropolitan City of Kaski District. The AGM unanimously approved all the proposals presented. The bank proposed a 5% (including tax) cash dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81, which was also unanimously approved by the shareholders.

Additionally, the AGM elected 3 directors representing the promoter shareholders—Mr. Dilip Pratap Khand, Mr. Shyam Prasad Basyal, and Mr. Dipendra Shrestha—and 3 directors representing the general shareholders—Mr. Bimal Pandey, Mr. Shovakant Dhakal, and Ms. Iushma Koirala.

Immediately following the AGM, the newly elected Board of Directors held a meeting and unanimously appointed Mr. Dilip Pratap Khand as the Chairperson of the Board
